They will also try to assist in coverage inquiry with my insurance billing if any of it will be covered.

(January 5, 2020, 5:14 pm)I decided to go in to a Smile shop after my retainers weren’t fitting well (instead of redoing a mold and not doing it correctly) and Katie (@ Plano, Tx) helped get me started on my revision! The process was so easy and quick and she answered some questions I didn’t even know I had. I definitely recommend using the Smile shop and the camera they use to scan your mouth. I feel confident my new retainers will help me finish the process. Thank you Katie and thank you Smile Direct! I am excited for my new Smile (:
