    First of all, let me be clear...I have never really thought that I "needed" therapy, but I was having issues, new to the state, and just knew that I needed some help. However, to say I was little apprehensive to share my innermost thoughts with someone that I have picked out from a website, is an understatement. Karen's website is very informative, so after looking it over, I decided to give her a try. I immediately felt at ease. I have went to her three times, and have another appointment scheduled. Every time I walk out of there, I feel like I have had an "Aha" moment. BTW I pay out of pocket (due to my insurance) and it is worth every dime. Thank you Karen. You have helped me more than you will ever know!
