The team did a great job. Very clear on what we needed to do. Provided the tools to help us along the way. Found a buyer in 14 days, sold it at asking price, it all went extremely smooth. The team kept us informed, and was always available to answer questions. We have bought and sold properties before but this was superb, the new way to do real estate! We saved so much money!! Was not that much work for us to do! Incredible, would highly recommend!
Unfortunately 5 stars is all I can give Flat Fee. They deserve 10. A 2% refund for buying my home? Almost 24/7 service? Contract writing better than any other realtor I've worked with? Full 2% Rebate in my account within 3 days of closing? Negotiations handled smoothly even when I'm not the easiest client to work with? Flat fee for selling of only $500-1000 (depending on options)? No sales pressure/marketing? Way too good to be true!!! But it is all true, and I still can't believe it's all true. It's so rare when it comes to realty that I can justify the costs associated with buying/selling a home, but when it comes to all that Flat Fee provides, I feel great about everything. We bought our home using them, and then sold the one we moved from with Flat Fee or (Creekview Realty). Our house was under contract in well under a week after a short bidding process, we ended up getting more than we had listed the house for. The advice we got from Flat Fee was right on the mark! We really couldn't be happier, and loved being a part of the process. Thanks again to Flat Fee Listing!!!!
Overall, my purchase experience with flat fee listing was great! They are very responsive and not afraid to get on the phone. Marc and Emily were just excellent! They helped me throughout the entire process, answer my questions and prepare the documents in a timely manner.
The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because it was hard to talk to one person the entire time. For example, I would talk on the phone to one person, ask a follow up question via email and get a response from someone else. Although this may be efficient, it wasn't always effective since I had to re-explain the situation to the person answering the email. Overall, they were pretty good at updating their notes so that they have the same information, but I wish I would just work with 1 person.
The 2% rebate hit my bank account the 2 days after I closed! That was just AWESOME!!
Overall, I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I previously worked with a full-service realtor and was greatly disappointed with the service and availability. I received premier service with my Flat Fee Listing. Someone was available 7 days/ week, 12 hours a day. Even when I talked with a different person, the notes pertaining to my property were excellent and everyone was either able to help me, or put me in contact with someone who was able to do so. Everyone was always pleasant, polite, and professional! All responses to my inquiries were prompt, whether by email or phone. I was listened to and given good advise during the negotiation process. I was thoroughly impressed with the expertise of everyone I dealt with. And, I certainly benefited from the reduced cost, over a full-service realtor. I would, without hesitation, recommend this service!
