  Achieve Physical Therapy is a most excellent place for rehabilitation! I've had my injuries for a very long time, so, in my view, there is great difficulty in getting much improvement, or any decrease in my pain level. However, Megan Hernandez would not give up until she saw improvement! And that we did!! She taught me so much so that I could continue my exercises on my own and continue to be flexible and live with less pain! I'll always be grateful to this wonderful team!!

  Achieve has been a great resource for me to send my patients. Their office staff is friendly and helpful. They always contact my patients within 24-48hours of me sending them a referral. Everyone from their marketing coordinator John, manager Michelle, to their therapist, Steve and Steve are great.

  I had such a positive experience at Achieve Physcial therapy. I’ve been to many other physical therapy places and have been frustrated by the results and effort to help me get better. Steve and his entire staff always make sure you’re improving each visit because they care. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!!

  I have worked for Achieve PT (formerly Peak-same people) since 2011. I love my work family and the fun, upbeat atmosphere we try to cultivate. As therapists, we learn and take courses together regularly and share skills and info all the time. Everything we do is with intent to improve our clients’ health and keep them happy. I actually have also been a patient at achieve when I had shoulder issues a few years ago. Both of my kids have also been patients here, and had great results. If you are considering physical therapy, I hope you will feel welcome at either the Garland or Plano location.
