  Evelyn is the true example of stellar customer service. I called 3 locations and got rude, incompetent, or just careless CSR's just to add a vehicle to my policy nothing more nothing less. Ms.. Evelyn fulfilled this request without a hassle and treated me like a family member. Because of Evelyn I will continue to do bussines and will keep my four vehicles in my policy and will not switch insurance companies like I planned on doing. I highly recommend existing or new customers to give her a shot, you will not be disappointed. Evelyn is definitely regional manager material to say the least.
  
  Solo para agradecer a la señorita Evelyn por su trato profesional,, amable, y por tratar a sus clientes como si fuésemos su propia familia. El haber llamado a 3 diferentes agentes para agregar otro auto a mi póliza y ser tratado de la manera más déspota y muy poco profesional, Evelyn vino a salvar el día. Si no fuese por Evelyn retiraria mis cuatro vehículos de mi póliza y me cambiara a otra aseguradora. Evelyn verdaderamente se merece un título de gerencia regional o mas.

  I just had a chance to speak with Lisa of Baja Ins. Plano. OMG! Lisa called as I was contemplating and on the borderline of worry.. I had questions about auto insurance and the way it works.. At that moment I got a call from Lisa.. she cleared my worries and conern with sound information. For that I am Truly Thankful! It helps when you can speak with someone that has the Answers and Lisa is The One that made My Day! ! ????
