  While traveling in our RV we experienced an impact from an object from a Semi on our front windshield. We went to Safellite in Plano Texas. The staff was fantastic and got us in right away knowing we were 1500 miles from home and just traveling through the area. They were honest and upfront about a repair versus a new windshield. After attempting the repair to a large hole which I was able to watch the entire process I determined to go ahead with the full replacement. 2 hours later while we waiting in a very busy lobby with our two dogs. The facility was very clean, they had free snacks and coffee and everyone we spoke to was incredibly friendly. The safelite staff helped make a bad experience not as bad as it could have been. Thank you all for great service!!

  Great experience with the Plano location. Friendly knowledge staff, took care of the chip I had in my windshield. Highly recommend!!!

  I was here for my windshield chip repair and the service was quick. I started my claim through my insurance then and there and took care of it completely in less than 30 min. Kudos to jose who worked on it. It is really like the chipping was never there. Glad I make the choice coming to here. Peace✌????

  This is a Safelite regional office/warehouse as well as a repair center. The advantage is that, I think, they have more competent installers and they can do more complicated windows, such as mine, which have safety monitors involved with the windshield.
  
  The office staff is competent, however customer service is part time for them as they are also handling other corporate work.
  
  The disadvantage of the location is that it's in a office/warehouse area without restaurants in reasonable walking distance. Also the actual window install work is done back in the warehouse somewhere and you cannot watch what's going on.
  
  The work they did for me was well done.

  Safelite worked with my car insurance and fixed my cracked window yesterday (08/15/19) at an affordable price. They finished it quicker then the ETA quoted to me. I really appreciated that. It was my off day, and I feared the process would take all day. I had to take my car to the actual Safelite site because it required recalibration after repairs. I am thankful for all that you did for me. Your services and customer service was excellent!
