  Top notch service. I had two teeth extracted here and experienced no pain or discomfort during the procedure. Recovery was normal and was feeling back to my normal self after a few days. But this is not what made my visit exceptional. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating while taking all the necessary Covid precautions. The facility itself was like nothing I have ever seen. All the rooms had big windows to the outside with the most comfortable dental chairs I’ve ever sat in. With tool time playing on the tv it felt more like I was sitting in my living room then a dental office. Dental work is never fun but it genuinely felt like they cared about me while I was there and cared about my well being. I will definitely be returning.

  Love love love this place! I am so thankful to find a Denist whom is not only professional but patient and kind. The staff as well. With 4 kids, it’s no longer a fight to go to their dental appointments! Dr.Simon is a blessing and we plan to cherish his office for years to come!

  Best Daycare in Plano! My daughter has been attending Playhouse of Plano/Lightyear Academy now for 2 years now. This is an amazing daycare with homely environment, love and affection for kids. If your kid does not settle anywhere else, he/she will definitely settle here as Terry treats every kid as her own kid . Terry is always there to welcome you and the teachers (Heather, Kenny) are top notch. Terry and Heather have shown care and have kept me updated on my daughter. I also feel better leaving my daughter with people who take injuries and illnesses so seriously. I recommend Lightyear Academy to anyone looking for quality care for their children, they are well worth it!

  I have been seeing Dr. Simon since I was a teen. I use to be petrified of dentist I had more then one bad experience with dentist BUT when I started seeing Dr. Simon everything changed! He is just wonderful and he does the best dental work I have ever seen ! I will never go to any other dentist !!!!

  Dr. Simon has been more than helpful with my dental treatment. I came in with a less than favorable mouth and a prominent dental phobia and Dr. Simon not only totally reconstructed my mouth but also eased my fears. I get so many compliments on my pearly whites! Aside from superior dental care, he is also very patient and accommodating. Thank you Dr. Simon ! :)

  My grandchildren have been attending this childcare for the last one year. My experience with this was facility was very personal. The owner toured us and we were given a direct cell number to contact owner at any time. They have had the same caregiver for the entire time they have attended. They brought home crafts and classwork for us every week Atmosphere here is very nurturing. We are very fortunate to have found such a wonderful program that is so close to home. We highly recommend this place!

  Terri has been a childcare provider to my family in a different setting and was absolutely wonderful and was like family to me. She was organized and showed great experience. My child learned so much from her and never had an issue with credit report it even though it was mentioned in our contract as I gave proper notice and paid timely. There was a family at the time that she was providing care that I know she worked with them in their time of need per that parent. No complaints here.

  My family and I had recently moved back to the area after several years of travel due to work. Our experiences across the country have been midiocure and we had several issues with our kids and dentist. Dr. Simon and his entire staff have been perhaps the best experience that my entire family has had ever. Dr. Simon and his entire team from the front office to the behind the scences folks treat you as if you are their only patient. The are patient with our kids, and we have yet to have an issue with a visit and our kids not comming out with a positive feeling. Going to the dentist is not on the top of our all time favorite things to do, but when your child who has been petrified of sitting in the chair because of past experiences tells you that they like going to this dentist, you have truely found a diamond in the rough. Dr. Simon has patience and does not rush you in or overbook his schedule. His staff of professionals discuss every detail with you and include options so you not stuck with only one course of action. And the best part of the process is you are not being sold more than you need so it is helpful when your Insurance is not. I would highly recommend anyone to gain a second opinion and or try VCAD for themselves and see what a truley dedicated team to the profession expereince is.

  I have been using this provider for the past two years and my daughter loves it there. She learns a lot and the caregivers are very loving to the children. My daughter runs right in and never wants to leave. I love that the caregivers text me if they have questions or if something is needed. It makes me feel at piece being able to have these kinds of updates from a Child Care Center. I haven’t been able to find this culture anywhere else around. Would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone.
