I love, love, love the staff here!!! Dr. Chan is amazing but my favorite is Andrea she’s perfect. Andrea always ask about my family and work!!! During my appointment time she’s constantly checking to see if she is applying to push pressure or not!!!

I like to call Her hands gifted, very gentle & such a soft touch as she adjusts the wire/wires as she adds the rubber bands to my teeth!!! I so happy I chose this wonderful place to receive my new smile from!!!

I would be remiss if I didn't take the time to provide my feedback and the highest recommendation for Doctor Chen. I had noticed over the years that my lower teeth had begun to turn and were no longer straight. This continued and worsened. This began to impact my perception of myself. I also became self-conscious when speaking publicly which I often did. Greatly concerned about the health of the lower teeth and self-image. I was referred to Doctor Chen.

In our first meeting; he was a calming presence and listened to my concerns (worries). His compassion, patience, and empathy were immediately evident. Doctor Chen outlined the options and the potential consequences if mitigating steps were not taken. I was approximately sixty-six years old at the time. Also, I was extremely distraught about wearing braces. I delayed for many months struggling with making a decision. Doctor Chen was patient and understanding through the deliberative process.

Finally, we started; from the beginning, every interaction; with Doctor Chen, Laura, Alysha, or any other staff member was always a pleasant experience; even though, at times physically painful. They were professional, kind, and caring. My only regret was not immediately beginning the process. However; now that it is completed. I am thrilled with the wonderful smile I have. I have also received compliments from family members and friends. One of my best life decisions was listening to Doctor Chen and following his recommendation.

Dr. Chen and his staff are amazing. Dr. Chen explains everything and is so nice. My son has been to a few dentists and Dr. Chen is his favorite. He said "it never hurts" when I see him. ? I highly recomend his services.

The office is such a great and relaxing place to be! All the staff members are so helpful and friendly. The waiting room is very comfortable as well as always having a movie playing for entertainment. I’ve been coming here for a few years and my experience has always been very positive.

my wife came here to get her braces put on and she loved every step of the way. She’s happy so I’m happy I recommend this place to everyone I know for braces. Everyone is so nice and make sure you feel comfortable.
