The content is based on research and it is life changing. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is ready to take charge of their physical and emotional health by changing the way they feed their body and mind.

My mindset shifted as I'm creating the life and happiness that I desire. Last workshop we prepared a 100% organic body butter that my baby loves it! A unique experience.
