These guys were really great. They took the time and went well beyond to make sure my hitch was put on right and done on time.

The entire team at U-Haul of Monroeville (on William Penn Hwy) was fantastic. The manager, David, went the extra mile to help us get a truck at a great price. And it was a particularly busy weekend with almost zero trucks available to start with. He even remembered us when we called back. The whole team was friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend!

I’ve been here for last 2 years, never faced any problems, service requests will complete by next day. Staff specially Radha Driver is very nice and caring.

Independence Crossing has new management, and though the old management wasn't bad, our current management is exceptional. I have been here two years, and my maintenance requests are always completed on time. Management listens to my concerns. The complex is friendly and (mostly) quiet. I have a little fenced enclosure for my dog. I highly recommend Independence Crossing.

Been here for 5 years. Always loved it here. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. We have a new apartment manager who is very kind. I miss the old one though, she was awesome as well.

Maintenance is very friendly too. They do yearly inspections to make sure nothing needs repaired and of course come any time you call for them.

It is expensive, but everything in Plano is, really. For the price you can't get much better.

That said, I wont be able to afford it here much longer. So soon, will have to move away, sadly. I will miss it here.

Great management and the maintenance guys are quick and pleasant to work with. My wife and I lived there for two years and would live there again. The grounds are clean and it's very quiet. Overall a wonderful experience living there!
