Dr. Ray was AMAZING! I felt very welcomed and comforted through the entire process of wisdom teeth removal from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was very patient and sympathetic with my pain as well as my fears of sedation. It was a breeze. Some of the nurses even held my hand through it! When I get implants I plan to continue seeing him
again. Hands down the best dude all around. Nice personality, very educated and even educated you through the process without feeling like I am dumb or a big baby.
Couldn’t have been a better experience. Office staff are very nice professional and friendly! Dr. Ray himself is super nice, friendly, and professional! He called me later in the day to checkup on me! I even took my mother here for an emergency tooth extraction that needed an oral surgeon (I legit didn’t wanna take my mom anywhere else)! And my mom doesn’t have insurance, but with or without insurance he’s super reasonable in pricing! And quality of his work is incomparable!

Dr.Ray removed all four of my wisdom teeth. Walked in at 8:15 was in bed by 9:40, no sweat. His staff was wonderful and so kind, grateful for a great experience. I have no complaints towards any of my experiences with them and will continue to recommend and use Dr.Ray and his office in the future.
Wonderful staff! Wonderful doctor! Pleasant and clean environment. The practice respects your time by running an efficient operation, but you never feel rushed.
Dr. Ray and his staff communicated clearly & effectively during the consultation visit and on the day of the surgery. These communications were supported by concise written explanations or instructions given with an open ended “Please call us with any questions that may come up”. In fact, I did call the practice between consultation and surgery to verify my understanding of something. My call was received and question answered with the same friendly professionalism I had experienced in the practice.
Dr. Ray and his staff are top notch. Depending on your situation, as a healthy oral patient, your last resort is Oral Surgery. I recently lost my faith in my dentist and dental team after a failed root canal. Doctor John Michael Ray and his staff restored my faith. Not the situation I would have wanted to be in, but Dr. Ray and his staff are top notch.
