  I wouldn't trust any other person with my boys health and well being than Dr. Merchant. She has the best bed side manner and is great with my kids. She listens to all your concerns and has guided us through some difficult situations. Her nurses and office staff are also wonderful. If you are looking for a pediatrician - she is the one!

  Dr Merchant is absolutely the best pediatrician. She is amazing with both of my kids.She really takes the time to listen & discuss everything with you & she is very thorough!The entire office staff is very friendly.I alway call last minute to take my kids they always push me in the line.We have moved from plano to McKinney so its quite a distance from my house but its still worth it.Its been 5years we are seeing her and more to come.

  Excellent office! Dr. Merchant has cared for pretty much every kid in my family (immediate and extended family) and all have great things to say. She's taken care of my daughter for the last two years and always provides honest feedback and recommendations. We've never had an issue with scheduling, insurance paperwork, or billing thanks to the staff. There's not much else you can say about this office other than they are 5 star worthy.

  We LOVE Legacy Pediatrics! 18 years with Dr. Merchant and I adore her more today than I did all those years ago. Dr. Merchant is so incredibly attentive to the specific needs of each of my children. She takes the time to listen and help to the best of her ability. We put her through the paces, but she constantly proves that we are in the right place! We love the office as a whole and are confident that we are so well taken care of. When you have sick kids, you want to know that you don't have to worry about things like insurance and payments. We don't have to worry about any of these things. Such a well oiled machine that all I have to do is take my kiddos home and relax and focus on getting them better. Not all offices will make things as smooth as Legacy Pediatrics. Dr. Merchant was an integral part of diagnosing my kids with some very different rare diseases. If not for her attentiveness, we might still be searching for answers. For that, I am forever thankful, grateful, and blessed!
