Ultimate Pilates

I've been coming here for over 4 years, 2-3 times a week, and love it! My favorite teachers are Tricia & Suzan! Recently a new class started called Ultimate Stretch on Fridays from 10:30-11:15am! It is AMAZING! It's a great combo of pilates with stretching. If you're new to pilates I'd highly suggest this class, it's low impact, not overwhelming & slow paced. You get the great benefits of pilates with a little extra to help ground the body. Another favorite class is Fridays at 12:30 pm w/ Tricia! She's amazing with her pilates flow & strap class! You'll leave class feeling awesome & ready to tackle the weekend!

Great place to workout. I started this about a month ago. Instructors are amazing! They are always making sure all the newbies are comfortable!. I particularly liked the high energy in Tricia and Alex's class.

This is a great full body work out. The 50 minutes flies by! My muscles are tired when I leave. Time well spent. Small classes. So nice!!!

I found Ultimate Pilates through a Groupon and couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The instructors are knowledgeable and skilled, while also being compassionate and motivating. They always customize the exercises to meet my needs depending on previous injuries or weaknesses I have. Great workouts!!!
