Maria in the paint department gave my family and I the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She took the time, energy, and resources to get us the exact paint color we were looking for. It’s been a challenge to get this color match that we needed, and I am so grateful that she was the employee that ended up helping us out! We are new to the Dallas area, and she truly has helped give us a memorable and wonderful experience!

The central Plano store should be what every other Home Depot should strive for. Always helpful staff and even on a slow day impossible to go in and not be asked at least twice if need help. The employees are always happy and helpful. Store is Always clean and stocked and orders out of the way of the aisels. Customer Service is awesome and I received a missing pieces and the young man not only ordered a new one, but had it delivered and money off for the troubles. A+

We came here to exchange two empty propane tanks. It was really easy to do. You go inside and pay to get the tanks exchanged. Your receipt will have a coupon you will need to input into a locker room-like self service machine outside the store. the machine instructs you every step of the way. You put the old one in, the carousel turns and you get a new one. to exchange two, you have to input your code twice. it was really easy and love how you don't have to wait for anyone at the store.

This particular one, always seems to have an excellent stock of construction materials. Lots of the staff members have been there for years, very knowledgeable.
