The cashier that checked us out was very helpful and patient. He sold us on a new membership and explained all the features that would benefit us. We're very happy with our purchases.

I've been to the Plano store several times, it may be said that i spend too much money there :)
I take all of my tire changes there and they do a great job, everyone is super helpful and i value their opinions on gear.
They are instrumental in helping me decide on what works best for me.
I appreciate that they all ride and know what they are talking about.
I'd like to give a special shout out to Dean and Chris as they both have always gone out of their way to help, I also like that they remember you when you come in and they will ask how you like something, or how something has been working for you.
