  When you are renting as an out-of-towner, you have good reason to wonder about the experience you're about to have. Having the reviews to read helped me decide on Hieline.
  
  I made a 5 minute phone call to reserve my scooter and to arrange payment and delivery. After that everything was on autopilot. When I got to my hotel, the scooter (very high quality, nicer than my own!) was there waiting. A quick voicemail to schedule pick up (which was confirmed within minutes) was all it took to finish the rental. A very courteous young man from Hieline was right on time for pickup and that was it.
  
  I will rent again from Sadat and his team no matter where I stay next time in the Dallas, even if I am well outside his free delivery area. They can be trusted to deliver quality service, not just a scooter!

  Terrific from the start. They stayed open for me to pick up a knee scooter and were complete gentlemen. They showed me how to adjust it, made sure the scooter was in good condition and put it in my car for me. Kind and friendly, even calling me to make sure I could find their store. I would rent from them again.

  Joseph, a disabled veteran and from what he said, father of a few kids, not only made my sister and father feel at home in his store but also made my dad laugh and feel accepted. He is a vet with ptsd issues just like him. They got a long with ease.
  
  I met him when, after Joseph was off work, he volunteered to bring another gentleman’s wheel chair to our facility/home away from home. All the nurses loved the visit as this veteran/hero was so very funny and endearing with a few of the residents. The man he brought the chair for was also smitten with him as they exchanged stories. It was amazing to see. God bless you and all you do for the community. I’ll definitely refer you business as you deserve to be prosperous with employees like that.

  Hi, I'm Janice C. I drove from south Dallas in traffic to get here and I am so glad I did. From the moment I drove up the guys at Hieline were courteous, kind and helpful. I was very pleased with the service I got. I not only recommend them but will come back when I need their help.

  Hieline (Sadat and Andrew in particular) provided excellent service to our family when my aunt was released from nursing care. There was a very short time frame to get her into her new, safe assisted living apartment.
  
  Sadat really came through, helping us get the products we needed (a hospital bed and lift chair) on a timeline that worked for us. Andrew continued this customer care by delivering and setting up the furnishings in a friendly, thoughtful, and caring manner.
  
  After a one month rental, we chose to purchase the bed, but we had a free chair to replace the rental. All in all, renting for the first month gave us the time we needed to find the best solutions for the situation.
  
  Considering how quickly we needed the rental and how smoothly everything worked out, I would highly recommend Hieline for anyone needing specialty mobility products.
