  My daughter and I came for consult and had the best customer service with these ladies. The lady we consulted with was so sweet, understanding, very personable and compassionate. I highly recommend, even if you just have questions and need someone to talk too.

  I had a great experience here for basic, annual sti testing. The nurses and doctors were helpful and kind, I have no complaints.
  
  However, while I was waiting outside for my sister to pick me up a young female passerby in a car rolled down the window and yelled “Don’t have an abortion! Kill yourself!” This was very disturbing for me and I wish people would educate themselves and have a better understanding of their services. Abortion is just one of many services they offer, and this provides women with legal, safe, and necessary abortion procedures (which is a very small percentage of procedures actually performed). There are countless other resources provided for women and men of all ages, ethnicities, and incomes. But what hateful and ignorant people assume is that everyone is here just to ‘murder’ fetuses. I wish these kinds of people would educate themselves on what Planned Parenthood stands for, which is simply human health and well being, before they shout these cruel threats at people like myself. It’s hard enough being a woman in our society and my hope is that we can learn to support and uplift each other in every way, especially for one as basic as physical health. If you do not support abortion that is just fine and the answer for you is simple; do not have one and mind your own damn business.

  The nurses and front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional to me on every one of my visits. It was clear they were busy, but patience is a virtue, and simply waiting a few minutes was enough to get their attention whenever I needed it. They made a mistake with my lab work and had to draw a second time, and the nurse made sure I didn't have to pay for the second appointment because it was their error. They were very understanding and knowledgable about the services they offer and the communities those services are aimed towards.
