Met with Alex, she has assisted us with glasses for several years. She does a great job and we were delighted to see her when we walked in. My wife and I purchased 3 pairs of glasses; our prescription had changed. We like going early Saturday before the store gets busy. We were in and out in good time. Recommended place in our book.
Alex is the best! We have been using vision works for our whole family for years. Alex is wonderful and greets us with a smile even though we have many kids. It's hard to find a place that will care about your family and go above and beyond, Alex does this every time we come in. She is very knowledgeable about which glasses fits and looks best on each person we always take her advise. The rest of the staff are helpful and great as well, but Alex is amazing.
In December right before Christmas I purchased two pair of eyeglasses under the BOGO special. After they arrived I noticed one of the pair of eyeglasses seemed loose on my face. I returned to the store for adjustments that just wouldn't hold. Next I went to the store again and asked to exchange for another pair. The employee (Inna K) was wonderfully helpful and I left the store with another pair that was a demo from the stock. The glasses fit perfectly but within a few days they were loose also. I again returned to the store and was just as quickly and easily assisted by Inna K. again. Same great service. I picked out another pair of frames and she submitted the exchange. It was clear while I was in the store that she'd developed relationships with a mother and her two kids. They knew and liked Inna. She is a great employee!! Thanks, Inna!
