We started looking for a house right at the start of the pandemic and Pam made sure we were comfortable during our home search every step of the way. We quickly found our house on a weekend trip to Dallas, and returned to San Antonio. Pam responded to all of our questions (including multiple texts from my husband) and was boots on the ground for us even giving us a virtual tour of another home we didn’t get to see that she thought might be a consideration. Her work on our behalf ultimately led to us make a confident offer from afar. After the offer was accepted, Pam made multiple trips to the house to check on details and answered countless texts (and many more from my husband).
