I am from another state, my mechanic died just before I moved here. I needed somewhere to turn. . .a mechanic to turn to. . . 3 years ago, I just so happened to give this place a try. I always come back for everything. Ali and his crew are mechanics I trust and get great advice, service and information from! I am a woman. They try to protect me, instead of taking advantage of me. Ali saved me so much money when my car overheated and the engine was damaged. He went above and beyond with repairs and precautions for the future. I get my oil changed there. I go in with weird car sound, car smell and car motion questions often. I am always relieved to have someone who knows better than me give me feedback! I go for state inspections. I go for tune ups. I go to get my brakes changed. He referred me to another place when the service was beyond what they do. I highly recommend Plano Automotive!

My car wouldn't start. Turned out it was a battery terminal that was cracked, so I couldn't start it. Ali took care of the problem quickly! Diagnosed the issue fast and took care of it so quickly I had my car ready to go to lunch! He also was helpful about questions I had. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Ali!
