Thank you for great customer service, being very friendly, for keeping me informed, answering any questions I had and for not being pushy or saying I needed any kind of extras.   I went in for an oil change, they found and showed me sludge in my old cap. They recommended to do an engine flush in which I agreed and handled it like pros! Certainly recommend them for all of your vehicle maintenance needs!

  These guys were awesome! I came because I got a coupon in the mail for $20 off an oil change. They were amazing. During the oil change they even noticed my registration was out and were genuinely concerned for me! They immediately came in & asked if I needed an inspection done. I let them know I already did all of that, the sticker was sitting in an envelope in my passenger seat & I simply hadn’t gotten around to swapping it out. At that point they OFFERED TO TAKE IT OUT AND CHANGE THE STICKER FOR ME. Y’all, it may be a little thing, but nobody does that! That was so sweet and genuine and quite frankly solidified me as a now lifetime customer for them. When I paid for the oil change, I went to give them the coupon I was using and they told me to keep it so I could use it again when I came back. Again, nobody does that. These guys are great. Very fast, affordable and down-right amazing customer service

  Visited Victory Lane for the first time for a routine oil change and state inspection. I called ahead, as I had limited time, and Jim informed me they’d have me in an out in about 30-35 minutes for both. They did! Not only was the service friendly and honest, the pricing was competitive (I was able to use a coupon from a local mailer AND Jim gave me a rebate for the oil, another $15 back!), and the waiting area was extremely clean with nice amenities (coffee, tea, water, magazines, tv, super clean bathroom). Will be taking all our vehicles to Victory Lane from now on...you should too.

  This is an awesome place to get your preventative maintenance done! Their main goal is to make sure your car is in a good place and that you understand the work being done. Many places will just up-sell you and trick you into unnecessary work, not this place. They will educate you about your car and tell you what you need to do to have your car work great for a long time. Prices are reasonable and people are friendly. The waiting area is also very nice and comfortable! I would recommend this place over and over again!
