    My recent procedure with Dr. Malik, is given five stars first due to his awesome bedside manner’s, which is very important to me. I was put at ease before my procedure and after as was well. I was informed of my results and I was given the opportunity to ask questions to my satisfaction. Follow up calls were made in a courteous and timely manner by his office staff. I will continue to see and recommend Dr. Malik in the future as needed.

    Debra and Dr. Malik are wonderful and their staff are excellent. Paperwork was a breeze because they offer it online via a patient portal. Wait time in the lobby was under 10 minutes. The Medical Assistant was pleasant and explained how the visit would go. Debra was attentive and supportive and compassionate. Their procedure schedule, Michelle, is SO sweet and quick. By the time Debra ordered my scopes, Michelle already had contacted my insurance and gotten everything approved and knew how much I needed to pay their facility and the endoscopy center. They were very clear with directions, and I was highly impressed with their level of communication.

    Everyone was very helpful in the office. Dr. Malik made me feel at ease when getting ready for my procedure. I would refer my family and friends to this clinic.

    Very nice experience. Everyone was great at addressing my concerns. It was fast and no pain at any time. The doctor was very pleasant. I would differently go again.
