Lakeside Vision and Optical

My appointment is still pending, but i wanted to hop on here and give a review to the lady who answers the phone. She is super motherly and really knows what she is doing. After calling over 5 clinics, not one of those other clinics were as warm hearted and compassionate sounding as she was. Her customer service exceeded there and my expectations. When I told her I had my 2 boys she quickly recommended a Saturday slot. This gave me the option to leave my boys with dad. When I couldnt find info on my insurance card she also went out of her way to look my info up in her system, and found what she was looking for. Thank you for listening, being so sweet, and accommodating.

Dr. Moon and Mrs. Rosa (optical) were PHENOMENAL!! The office was beautiful and immaculate. Mrs. Rosa helped me choose my glasses and she actually 'helped!'. She told me what looked good and what didn't with the sweetest honesty. I LOVE my new glasses. Dr. Moon took time to speak with me about all my questions and concerns and explained everything very well. I will totally be recommending this office to anyone looking.

I had a great experience this morning! The staff is very kind and professional. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They also gave me options to consider about my glasses. Dr. Mike Phillips is awesome. He is caring and explained things carefully to make certain I understood. Certainly he is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated.

He is never rushed and takes his time doing a thorough examination. He ensures that his patients understand the results and any follow up. He’s a top optometrist and truly cares for his patients. He is also very down to earth and extremely kind. I highly recommend him and his team at Lakeside Vision and Optical!
