The receptionist/ office manager was very patient with me over the phone. She walked me through the Patient Portal and all the surveys before my appointment. Once I was there, I had to complete more paperwork, and again, I was treated with kindness by another front desk lady. We know Dr. Berry for years. She answered my questions. She agreed with me on some medical decisions. She talked to my daughter about nutrition. She gave me good advice as a doctor and as a parent. She has treated my daughter twice, in the past, for pneumonia. She always showed great concern and care for my daughter, even a year after the fact. The nurse was patient with my daughter, who was afraid of the shots. Thanks you Bright Future Pediatrics!
Dr. Rylie is the best pediatrician in the area. She is personable and great with kids. When my daughter turned 18, she was so upset she would have to find an adult PCP. Dr. Rylie was so great and patient with her. The staff are very friendly and respectful. They are accommodating and will go above and beyond to meet needs. Thank you for your services.
Dr. Berry and her staff are the absolute best! She was my doctor when I was a child, and she is now both my boys pediatrician as well!
