Children's Medical Center Plano

This is indeed the best hospital for children!!! Every single staff member were nothing, but welcoming and nice!!! Doctor was amazing! Overall experience was amazing! The wait time wasn’t long at all. Truly recommend!

All the staff was absolutely perfect. From the time we entered the ER, they were able to quickly and efficiently triage us where there was virtually no wait. The staff was very friendly and took time to explain everything that they were doing to myself and my nervous kiddo. Every single person who took care of us was excellent, and even the staff who we passed in the halls were friendly. I would absolutely recommend Children's Plano to anyone looking for a pediatric hospital.

The whole staff went above and beyond the expectations I had for a facility to take care of my daughter. From silly little jokes to make my daughter laugh to the precise care given to ensure she had the right road to recovery. The nurses have warm hearts and truly belong in this field dedicated towards children. My daughter felt so much better getting an IV when she had such amazing nurses taking care of her and keeping her calm.

I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews about this place. My family has been here twice for two separate occasions and the staff have been absolutely amazing. The hospital was very clean and I was highly concerned about spending the night with my daughter during covid but everything and everyone have been beyond amazing. Especially the way they treated my daughter and at the end of the day that’s all that matters !

Really nice hospital for kids and the crew is always smiling. Even the police that works here seems to be in a good mood and eager to help.
