  This community is really nice for an older property. The Management seems to really keep the landscaping up and the pools clean. This is a huge plus from some of the other complexes I have lived in. The staff that I have encountered have all been very friendly and professional.

  Wow, what can I say about this place that does it justice? I'll try to include everything but I'm sure I'll forget something. I've been living here for a few years and so I can definitely give an accurate review of the complex and staff.
  
  I've seen staff changes and management changes a few times, but my experience has been that it's normal for apartments. The girls working in the office now are so sweet and helpful! They always have a smile when I come in and are very attentive when I have any questions. The manager used to be here, left, then came back and I'm very glad to see her back again. Maintenance is always helpful and even if it takes a couple of days for them to get to me, I know whatever the problem is will be fixed.
  
  The property is older, so along with that are maintenance issues that come with having 30-plus year old buildings. When people say their apartment is nothing but paint slapped up, that's just not true. Yes, some of what is in the apartments are painted instead of replaced, but it is done well and looks nice. I mean, come on, you're moving into a complex built before I was born, and you expect brand new? That's ridiculous.
  
  The amenities are awesome. Pools are absolutely gorgeous and the landscaping is pretty. The tennis court is used a lot even though I don't use it, and the fitness center is big and bright and open.
  
  You can't beat the location, either. So close to Bush and 75, with grocery stores and shopping close by, but not on super busy roads with a lot of traffic noise. I adore the park across the street and often go jogging over there.
  
  Overall, this place is definitely worth 5 stars, as long as you aren't expecting it to be like a brand new high-rise. It's okay to have high expectations of a place, but don't be unreasonable.

  My experience at The Westside has been phenomenal since the moment we took a tour at this property. As we toured the property grounds were clean and it was quit around. Gabby was super helpful and detailed as she explained many things. I am super glad we decided to lease and I am looking forward to move in.!!!

  I've been living at The Westside for well over three years now and I have to say I love it. Maintenance is very responsive and I love the staff. I really don't understand all of these negative reviews about staff, because I've had nothing but positive interactions with them. They are helpful and friendly. Like every apartment, there are some things to be improved upon but overall I plan on staying here for quite awhile. I am very happy with the new manager, she was here awhile ago as the assistant and I was glad to see she came back! Thanks Corrine for all of your help and for truly caring about your tenants. I have to say my favorite thing is the pet washing station. I've never seen another complex that has that and both me and my dog love it! It saves me money on grooming and I don't have to worry about clogging my tub drain with dog hair or bending over the tub and hurting my back. Even my dog doesn't mind getting baths as much when we use their washing station.
