(May 19, 2020, 12:43 pm)I will never be able to sufficiently thank Dr. Grantham & staff. With several upper body breaks, my body a mess and in pain, I called competitors Collin to Dallas county. None were as fair in pricing, but also as immediately compassionate & soothing as this practive. They made things easy & got me in ASAP despite sharing that I had recently lost my health insurance (gulp!). No matter the challenge, they welcomed me in within that first 5 minute call! I'll never forget the HUGE RELIEF I felt after my initial convo with Adrianna. All staff from X-Ray techs, to nurses, to billing, expect to have private, friendly experiences in very clean, smokeless, yet welcoming facility or online if you prefer (Covid safety procedures are obviously in place when visiting).
I've had 10 or so post-visits by now always with ample time for discussion and questions on each - all my phone calls either answered or returned in a reasonable time. I continue to heal well and gain strength.
Not a big review person, felt compelled to leave a detailed review in this case. I am eternally grateful to these community heroes - love what you guys do for people like me! -

She is very pleasant and I love having her for my dr I felt like l knew her for many years by the way I was treated.i will give her a 10 star and reccomend her to anyone. Looking forward to have her do my surgery on

(February 1, 2018, 9:33 pm)I would highly recommend Fulcrum! After being in a car accident, I needed to see an orthopedic doctor for a fractured metacarpal. Even though it was a small injury, and I’m a nurse myself, I was still nervous. Since I had HMO insurance, I needed a referral from my primary care doctor, and Fulcrum did an amazing job with handling it. They had called my PCP before I even did! They were on top of it! I was able to be seen very quickly by Dr Grantham. She was professional and kind. When it was time for my follow up appointment, I had to reschedule, which was no problem and they were able to get me in on the day I asked for. When I went for follow up, the front desk had remembered that my insurance was changing, and again, no worries at all! They never once got annoyed that I needed to reschedule or that my insurance was a pain in the rear end. When I went back to see Dr Grantham again, she answered all of my questions and really put me at ease. I didn’t feel rushed. I am feeling much better and pain free now. I would highly recommend Fulcrum Orthopedics!!
