  What a great place to buy flooring. All types and styles. Service is good they will help you with your selection and get everything to install the flooring. It's the store to get flooring all in one store.

  A few months ago I had finished a project for a fairly difficult client, my wife and myself!
  
  We had a lot of samples along with materials to return! An entire cart full of just samples!
  
  I feel bad every time I have a return because as great of a Company as Floor & Decor is, their return system isn’t very user friendly!
  
  Unless you’re Diana......
  
  Diana is right next to Amazing and this says a lot considering how Awesome the other Team Members are! This is typical and true of Team lead by a Great Management Team!
  
  Last week I needed to pick up a couple things, so I went in and made my purchases. On my way out, I’m looking at my phone head down, when I cross paths with someone coming into the store. Two steps and I hear my name, “Ryan!” I turn around and there is Diana! She not only recognized me after two months, but remembered my name and then proceeded to walk over, I’m a hugger, so she gave me a hug! We chatted briefly saying Happy 2020 and then parted ways.
  
  I got into my truck and sat there for a few minutes, taking all of this in! Why? because Young Adults today aren’t like Diana, someone who can make an average day into an Amazing Day by smiling and going above and beyond for probably not much over minimum wage!
  
  Diana and the Team at the Plano Texas Location are Awesome, so take time to go have a great experience! Remembering it’s retail and sometimes there are guys like me in line causing delays!

  Jing helped us pick out grout and discussed options for our kitchen remodel. He helped everyone including bringing in carts, helping to load the truck, ring us up. He is a very hard worker and Floor & Decor is lucky to have him.

  Large place. If you know what you want it is great. If you are looking for ideas it is great. It can be overwhelming if you go in without an idea of price limit or style. They have rices from low to high and so much variety.

  Denise (with the curly hair) is terrific. She went out of her way to be helpful. Although not officially a designer, she has an incredible eye for color and coordination and is better than any of the designers I have worked with in the past. She deserves a raise.
