  We just moved to the area and we couldn’t be happier to have found Paws & Claws for our Vizsla! The staff is amazing - so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The office is clean, tidy and Dr Shawn exceeded our expectations - he fully explained any tests / treatments he suggested while at the same time fully respected our wishes as to the choices we made in our pups care. We are so happy to have a fabulous veterinarian with holistic options who we know will take wonderful care of our pet. Highly recommend Paws and Claws !

  Paws & Claws is the only place I will ever take my fur babies. The staff is amazing and so friendly and Dr. Shawn is a brilliant and caring vet. His approach to holistic care is just one of many attributes. He has helped me in numerous ways with my pets. Don't hesitate to call!!!

  We are extremely happy to find a Proactive Integrative Veterinarian clinic for our girls! The staff is the Best in all aspects and put their hearts into what they do. We are very thankful for Dr. Shawn Messonnier's expertise in holistic alternative medicine. His knowledge is extensive and we appreciate his approach in caring and treating our two Maltese.

  Truly, I can’t recommend P&C enough!!! I’m a local holistic animal chiropractor and finding true holistic care for pets is HARD to find. Dr Shawn and his team truly saved my aussie, he had horrible “allergies” which actually was truly a genetic issue where he couldn’t detox on his own. So all the meds he’s ever had were accumulated and causing his paws to bleed from his body trying to detox. It wasn’t until we took him to P&C that he fully recovered. ZERO “allergy” symptoms since. I will always refer my own patients to them!

  This was my first time taking my puppy (Bruno) and I was so excited to take him… I am so grateful to have found them! I had been looking for a holistic vet and it was a great experience from when I talked to Veronica over the phone to help me setup the appointment and paperwork to seeing the products they carry.. clean, good products that won’t harm your pet.. From Dr. Shawn to each of the ladies I spoke too, they answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable, very welcoming and the way they treat your pet is so refreshing to see. I would definitely recommend this place and so glad we found it for our Bruno! Pic was of
