(February 25, 2020, 11:35 pm)My 3 year old has been going here for about four months; she has made so much progress in that time—from crying hysterically in the first couple of classes to now, when she says “I want to go to swim class now” and pretends to be a swim teacher to her babies during bath time!
While the entire staff is great, Ms. Blair has gone above and beyond to support my daughters development. When Blair felt like my daughter needed extra help, she made time to work 1:1 with her at no extra charge and has gone out of her way to accommodate my work schedule.
If you’re hesitant, go ahead and sign up! Your kids will have a great experience here. -

(February 9, 2020, 6:01 pm)Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Both my son and daughter go to the swim school and love the teachers. We have been going for about 4 years now. My son is 5 and is already swimming on his own. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants their kids to learn how to swim in a caring environment.

(February 6, 2020, 5:52 pm)We started with Emler Plano when my daughter turned 3.5 months and we still go there every week. For the past 2 years we have had the same teacher (Becky) who is beyond amazing! she is so professional, really cares about the kiddos and lets the babies decided their pace. My daughter would go underwater just fine but suddenly out of the blue she just didn't want to. she would cry and scream, so Ms. Becky took a few steps back and started her from step one, before we knew it, my daughter was going underwater again!
Front desk staff if so great! so understanding! Jasmine is our family favorite! She really cares about her families and their experience, she provides excellent customer service and will make you feel so comfortable!
Overall I have no complains, my daughter loves, we love it! -

(January 21, 2020, 12:26 pm)All the swim instructors have been amazing here. My youngest child was very afraid of being in the pool, but has become an excellent swimmer. We have hosted birthday parties and those were good too.
