    The line was long when I arrived; however, it cycled fairly quickly. I really liked the customer service at this location. No complaints, and that's rare for a Post Office!

    It's a post office. They meet my basic expectations. The staff is helpful and keeps the line moving. If you're not prepared with your package, you might be asked to go fix it and get back in line (but frankly, that's your fault?). Only downside is when the self-service is broken and they're closed, but stuff happens.

    Personally, the Wildcat USPS office has been great to work with! I have found the staff I encounter (from our carriers to the staff that welcome you when dropping off packages) to go the extra mile. I have found the staff to be efficient, friendly and courteous. The feedback from our customers has been great. Repeatably, we are told how quickly mail gets to them. Very grateful to this team!
