The instructions were clear and thoughtful. And our meal was wonderful. Maybe the best roast turkey I’ve ever had. Way to go!

After I take in 10 deep breaths to centre myself, I go hunting for that elusive item I have either never had before, or had once when I was on a Italian sabbatical.
Hyperbolic? Maybe, overstated? Not a chance.
