(February 27, 2020, 12:12 pm)I had severe UPJ obstruction. Dr. Hassell had to put in a kidney stent to release my urine from my renal pelvis. Dr. Hassell was very professional and caring. Dr. Hassell told me I would have to have robotic pyeloplasty and recommended Dr. Allen his partner. I had robotic pyeloplasty on 2/25/20, which went well. I would highly recommend North Dallas Urology Associates.
(October 23, 2019, 4:55 pm)Dr. Hassell is an excellent urologist, however the staff there seems to be a little disorganized. The doctor would tell me one thing, then the nurse or another on his staff would tell me the opposite.
I feel this is a short term situation, which can easily be rectified with a doctor/staff meeting regarding rules regulations etc.
Overall the receptionist, and lab personnel we’re very friendly and professional!
