  Movers were professional, time-efficient, and handled items with care! Hired them to move a small assortment of office items to a storage facility and they made sure everything (from the office copier to our computer and books) were safely packaged prior to loading it onto their truck. Would highly recommend them to any small businesses that needs moving services!

  Our move went so smoothly, from first contact to the office and to the after care. The crew, Gabriel, Amal & Andrei were simply the best. Very polite and nothing was a problem. They kindly obliged to our asks.

  I used Gentle Giant for my move and storage while I renovated my house. The guys are amazing! Very prompt, courteous and quick/efficient! Dex, Ian, Pernell and Amal helped me move back and they couldn’t have been better. They found solutions to any issues and even put together a bed that had been shipped to my house (that is to say, they didn’t move). Can’t recommend enough! And with their own storage unit, they made it so easy to move out during my renovation.

  Gentle Giant provides responsive, sensitive, professional support from the first estimate through the detailed organization to the actual physical move to the follow up the next day. It’s clear that they are highly experienced: they anticipate and solve issues before they become problems and move efficiently and meticulously through their work. They are a 10/10 moving company.

  Working with gentle giant was one of the best moving experiences. The coordination team was prompt in scheduling my move and quick to answer questions leading up to the moving date. On the day, the moving team called to let me know when they were 30 and then 5 minutes out, and showed up exactly on time. They took tremendous care in moving furniture and boxes, as if they were moving their own families. Not a single item was broken, and they were incredibly fast despite being paid by the hour. I can't sing their praises enough and will recommend them to everyone I know in the DC area.
