He was so amazing . Treated us with so much empathy , respect and put my mum at ease. He treated my mother as if it was his own mum and would make her laugh so much . His knowledge is impeccable and he loves what he does, that is helping people. Same thing with the phlebotomy staff . Everyone had us in stitches with their humor and family spirit. By the time we left it was like you had left dinner with family and friends. Mum was like « I don’t even believe that’s a doctor’s office. » I thought well maybe it’s because we are new patients. Sure enough second appointment was the same .
