A few months ago when this facility was known as Smart Health, my review would have been very different. The staff at that time (with the exception of a nurse named Amy - she was always so wonderful), were very indifferent with terrible attitudes, and the most unprofessional demeanors and below par customer service I have ever had to endure. As for Dr. Conn, he was and is always very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and most of all funny! He has all the qualities that make him stand out from all the other providers out there. He has a way of making all the boo boos not seem so bad at all. I’m so glad that he is my PCP!!”

“I've never been in and out of an urgent care center so quick in my life. Normally they take 2 hours minimum of my life. I was there on time. I waited for a minute to be brought to the room. The nurse took down vitals. A minute later the doctor came in and was very quick to diagnose my 5 month old daughter. I maybe stayed 10 minutes after checking in at the front desk. Everyone seemed nice.”
