My husband saw him today for an acute and scary problem and Dr. Shin spent a lot of time with us explaining the pathology of his problem and explained a detailed treatment and plan as well as offering two options of treatment. When have an appointment, I rarely wait more than a few minutes. I trust Dr. Gate's opinion without reservation, and he has yet to steer me in the wrong direction. “I made a post several months ago about this storage facility. My feelings remain as far as the company is concerned because it was a less than pleasant experience while I was a customer. I am no longer a customer and have since acquired a storage at a different facility. I am writing this post in recognition of one of the employees. Reggie is the groundskeeper / security at the Katherine P raines location in Cleburne. He is a great asset to the company and they are very lucky to have him as an employee. Even though I am no longer a customer he still doesn't hesitate to help if needed. A friend of mine who is incarcerated still rents a unit at that location. I was asked to look after their unit until they were able to return home. I thought that I may meet some resistance considering that I no longer have a unit there. But Reggie has been most helpful and assuring me that their things are safe. On his own time going by to check the unit for me and contacting me with updates. I'm aware that he is not under any obligation to do so however I am extremely grateful for his willingness to help wherever needed. It is Reggie in my opinion that made all the difference in my situation as a customer. As well as the reason I'm able to rest easy with no worry about my friends unit. I know Reggie is on the job!!!. “Christina was so courteous, helpful and professional. My Dad wasn't on board with getting a stair lift, but my Mom wanted it. Christina and 101Mobility let us take our time to decide, they didn't push. My Dad passed away but Mom still wanted it, so Christina got it installed very quickly. She had to take measurements and they custom built and installed it in less than a month. Mom loves it! Now she can use the upper half of her house. Thank you Christina and 101Mobility.”
