I went in mid-week with some issues that they didn’t have time to tackle (it was an hour to closing), but Brian put air in my tires for free and arranged for me to bring the car back in. They made time on a busy Saturday to take care of the big issues - my A/C, which had blown a fuse, my glitching stereo, and they also replaced a blinker light and my front brake pads, and checked a few other elements, all in about an hour and for an amazing price! They made me feel heard and important, they were honest, and they were efficient. Mike and Brian personally took interest in my car’s needs and made sure they were all addressed. Plus, the location is great and the waiting room is super clean and felt safe and socially distanced. Very happy to have found a place I can trust to bring my car every time in the future!”

“Update 03/05/2021- Called in my order for pickup and when I got there the restaurant was packed to capacity and literally No One was wearing a mask. I know the state has opened up but I don’t want to be a part of the people who’s going to share and spread Covid with each other. So if you’re not into the No Mask group, don’t go here. Finally got the chance to eat here. The food is great and the customer service was pretty good and easy. We tried their wings and a hamburger and my wife and I argued over which one tasted the best... I must admit, I don’t think I’ve tasted food this good in quite a while now... They just got a new customer from me...... And the fries were really good as well.”

Totally up front with any limitations (we ordered right after the big freeze this past February and he mentioned things would take longer than usual). He was right. Took longer than we wanted, but understandable given the circumstances. Our delivery and set-up team, Patrick, Blake, and Mason, were all great. They actually got here earlier than projected, which was fine, and did a quick and thorough job setting up the table and explaining basic care and feeding. Overall a great job. We've bought a poker table and chairs, as well as a dart board cabinet from Universal as well. We'll be back!”

“Gabriel from Pledge came to my house after I filed a roof claim for hail damage with my insurance company while selling my home. Once he was finished inspecting the roof, and insurance agreed to cover it, he provided me a quote same day. Since he was part of the managed repair network of my insurance carrier it made managing payment even easier. Pledge was able to get out to the home and take care of the roof, gutter, screens and chimney damage incredibly quickly and with high quality repairs which helped me to move forward without missing my deadlines. After the work was complete Gabriel also made sure to go over all of the warranty information so I could pass that on to the buyers for their peace of mind. Lastly, even after receiving payment and our transaction being complete, Pledge came through when I needed extra documentation for an underwriter during my home sale.
