The 'new' property manager (she has actually been here several years) has resulted in a 100% improvement in maintenance resolution times, as well as eliminating the need for return trips to repair a reported problem. The office staff are always cordial and willing to provide assistance when I visit the office. I have also watched a complete turnaround in the upkeep of the property from parking lot repairs to building painting and roofing replacement to landscaping. Again, they have become very responsive to all of my requests and concerns and show a genuine interest in the living environment of their residents.”

“Our room was very spacious. The kitchen area was nice, a full size fridge and a nice dishwasher with utensils and dinner ware. The shower pressure was great. The room had a weird smell the first day but maybe I got used to it. The sink could use a nice cleaning around the edges but overall it the bathroom was clean. My sheets had a stain on it and it was changed when I requested. Nice size TV. It was a very quiet stay, did not hear a lot of noise so not sure if its due to covid or if the flooring are great I could not hear neighbors. Lobby and elevators were nice and seemed new. The Pool area looked great with a nice patio area. Everyone was nice.”

“Dr Moon and staff are the best! Dr Moon was the first diagnose and to successfully treat my type 2 diabetes, my having gone years with a previous GP who NEVER gave me an A1C, despite diagnosing me as as pre-diabetic and having symptoms (neuropathy in particular), nor prescribing any treatment. This other GP just made me feel guilty for my condition. Dr Moon took a great deal of time with me to explain how type 2 diabetes works, how it is NOT my fault, how they treat it and why it is important to keep the A1C down to prevent further damage to my organs! What a relief! My A1C has been stable at Non-diabetic levels for the last several years, and I’ve been able to reduce some of my meds because of this. My only wish is that Dr Moon could take new patients himself, as I have several relatives who could use his care too! Thank you!!”

“After this wet spring, it was apparent we had a leak in our roof over our garage. I called Helsley roofing and with in 24 hours I had an appointment for a free estimate. Upon inspection of the roof he had figured out the issue and had a very reasonable estimate to repair. The following week the technician came out and professionally repaired the roof and other damage the leak caused. I was so impressed by this company's thoroughness and how quickly the work was completed. I will be calling Helsey for any of my future roofing needs!”

“Weirs Furniture has always been a preferred furniture retailer for me. While most of their selection is a little less contemporary than others, I'm a big fan of their American made products, cozy showrooms and beautiful, quality options. I love supporting a Texas company as well. My husband and I have been shopping for furniture for our new home for a couple of months and visit the Plano and Farmers Branch store once a week to see what new arrivals they may have. The outlet section is a fun treasure hunt, too. We have found that during the Covid season, decent customer service is hard to come by, which is understandable considering the stress associates are under, but we have been given the most attentive, friendliest service by both stores and especially Plano. It was a pleasure to work with Mary from whom we finally bought our sofa. Their return policy can't be beat (30 days with additional deliver costs). The sofa we chose took on a totally different color in our living room than it had in the store so we requested a return and pickup. They obliged with no questions. We actually changed our mind again and decided to work around the color and keep it. I was so embarrassed over it all but the customer service reps on the phone as well as Mary were very kind and understanding. During times like these, personal experiences like this are invaluable. We appreciate you, Weirs!”
