The mantras of self care, progress not perfection, being a leader in your own life and re-connecting to self are truly motivating and inspirational. Chelsea, Dante. Chantal and Tedrick are great examples of the force that positive thinking and exercise can have on your life. My fitness is at its peak and I have lost almost 20 pounds since beginning classes in late July (It is now October as I write this) I am a 62 year old, relatively fit grandmother. The team at Neon openly welcomed me never making me feel awkward or 'too old' to be a part of their family. The team on reception are sensational. Katelyn, Auburn, Hayley, Caroline and Lauren as the front of house team are 'magic. Their smiles and friendly banter are a great start to any cycle session. They are a wonderful team who really do take the time to get to know you and have become beautiful friends who I will miss when I return to Australia. Thank you team Neon.
