“Dr. Chiang is the ultimate professional and sensitive to the needs of her patients. Somewhat "squeamish" with anyone (including myself!) near my eyes, she is aware, asking prior to testing, thoroughly explaining the why's and the importance of the procedure. She then let's me decide whether I'm able to move forward. My previous OD gave "promise" she wouldn't proceed - but did anyway with the element of surprise. Perhaps she thought I'd get over my fear but it only made my phobia worse. She's no longer with that practice. It's rare for any office to provide a cell # which I have always received a prompt response. Her office - adjacent to Costco optical, allows easy access with exceptional prices with many insurance plans accepted. Any issues with an RX are a simple call next door. For anyone seeking a change in an OD with a professional, kind demeanor, Dr. Chiang and staff should be considered. I highly recommend!”

I find tons of cute toys clothes and shoes not to mention the rooms and rooms of baby gear.. Tina and David are the nicest people to work with and they run a great sale. I’ve been to many different kids consignment sales but this is my all time favorite. I don’t think we have missed but one or two in the 9 years we have been going. I highly recommend volunteering so you can shop early! This sale is the best!”

One thing I like here is flat $15/installation with life time rotation and balance, which is great. Some other tire shops I have visited prior to this has got many misc charges. “I have been a patient since college, after I struggled to bounce back from a surgery that left me physically and emotionally drained. Having always been an athlete, my surgery recovery process was longer than expected and mentally exhausting. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Missimo’s office, I have felt welcome and supported - He helped me take the steps to get back to my ‘normal’ life and I will always thank him for this! It sounds cheesy, but he has been with me through so many ‘big’ walks of my life, from my surgery recovery to college graduation and even to my daughter being born then to raising her as a single parent – And I don’t know where I would be without him. Dr. M is extremely professional, personable, genuine, and cares about me and my personal life. He is truly a gem and one of the best doctors I have ever come across. I also cannot say enough good things about Caroline in the front office – She has been there from the beginning since I started and is AMAZING! She always goes out of her way for me (and spoils my daughter with all the sweet treats!), is courteous, and is so helpful. I am disappointed with some of the negative reviews about the front office – She has always been quick to handle things for me, is professional with handling all patient-sensitive information, and is SO organized. I love getting to catch up with her when I’m there. They ALWAYS treat my daughter like she is the most special kid on the planet when she comes with me to my appts – and I love that they have been able to watch her grow up alongside me (now 7 years old).
