We purchased a 2020 Forest River Salem Cruise Lite on October 13th. Drove it from St. Louis, MO to Dallas, TX to live in it for work for the next six months. Two weeks in....the refrigerator stopped working. After spending way too much time getting the run around from camping world and forest river, I contacted Ryan's. They not only helped me get in touch with the right people, they also handled the back and forth for the warranty. I left keys for him to get in and do what he needed to there was no evidence of him being here other than the new refrigerator. He is very clean and professional in his work! Most importantly, I never had to miss a second of work or find somewhere else to stay for the repairs to be done. I am so thankful to have found them!

I live full time in my motorhome. As soon as I bought it and made the 1,000 mile trek from AZ, I asked Ryan to go through it. Yesterday was my 6 month check up and I cannot express how grateful I am to have Ryan as my RV guy. He is extremely busy so make an appointment with his wife and rest assured that he will go above and beyond to ensure your rig is SAFELY functioning at optimal level. Seriously, if you own any sort of recreational vehicle put Ryan's number in your contacts right now. He will exceed your expectations no matter what. He has done repair on my Cedar Creek 5th wheel and now my 45ft HR Navigator. And I am treated like his #1 customer everytime. He has not only earned your business because of his experience but he deserves your business because him and his wife are GREAT people! Become Ryan's #1 customer today and you will see exactly why we all have taken time to write 5 star reviews!

Wow! Where do I start. I cringe dealing with the dealer we bought our heartland from for service. Months for repair and warranty haggles. We were on a much needed vaca to escape all the crazy, when our convertor went out on us. We were about to come home when I was lucky and stumbled on Ryans RV repair. I called him told him my situation and he recommended I get a 12v charger and put on battery so we could finish out our trip. When we got back home he was at it the next day accessing it!! Quick! He even advised we utilize our warranty and they did the leg work! What!??? Who gives that quality service anymore!? Ryans RV does! Within 3 days it was repaired and we are up and running. I CANNOT recommend this Company enough. Thank you!!!!

Ryan is a class act 100%. He helped us through an issue on our new 5th wheel and took the time to answer questions and make some recommendations. We are on our third RV and if you own you know they will definitely have issues - Ryan is by far the best RV pro we have ever dealt with. He deserves and will appreciate your business! Thank you Ryan's RV Repair and good luck on going mobile!
