Quest Diagnostics Inside Prosper Walmart Supercenter

Very thankful and impressed with Quest Prosper. Especially grateful for Ms. Beverly who helped my VERY anxious 12 year old get through some blood work.

Excellent, convenient location in Walmart. Excellent 5 star staff. Clean office. Waiting area is challenging - totally barren with a few chairs, no tables (covid related). Strongly advise avoiding it if busy, and calling ahead or choosing a call-back option during check-in.

Inside the Prosper Walmart super center near the checkout. Not crowded.

Been here twice for my regular blood tests and it's a very decent place. The lobby is clean and nice, as well as the setup inside. The young woman and guy are great both with patient service, and their skills with sticking. Very nice people (sorry forgot names :C ).

One thing that knocked off the star though is each time we had trouble finding my lab report that should have been faxed weeks in advanced (from hospital/transplant team).
I just switched to adult care and asked about how the system works, and my new specialist says it should be in the Quest's conputers in general. Watched him set up my current lab report before I left, so before my appointment I'll call to ask if they have the info.
Not sure if it's Quest's fault or not but eh.

Awesome place though otherwise.
