  Canterbury Courts is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. My husband, my dog, and I love that it is beautiful and green, pet friendly, and has very kind management. It seems like everyone in the office here works hard to make sure the residents are happy. During the first few months of the pandemic they brought in a food truck every week for us. They also respond to and resolve issues with the apartment quickly and efficiently whether it’s a complaint or maintenance issue. We’ve lived here for over a year and it’s always been very safe and peaceful.
  
  We also love that the apartment is in walking distance from Crowley Park which is a beautiful place to walk our dog and we regularly see coyotes and bobcats there. They also have a dog spa to bathe our dog which is one of the best parts of living here. Our dog is large and it’s almost impossible to bathe her in our bathtub so the dog spa makes things so much easier on us.
  
  We have only ever had a problem with ants in the apartment being on the second floor and a can of any spray took care of them easily. The rent is pricey and will be raised after you move in which is pretty standard apartment procedure in Dallas. The water bill is shared and can be pretty high as well. As with many apartments the upstairs residents can hear their downstairs neighbors voices pretty clearly and they can hear our footsteps. The walls are very sturdy though and we can never hear the neighbors next to us or behind us. We have always been able to find a place to park though if you get home late you might have to park farther away from your apartment. Overall, we truly love this beautiful community and living here.

  I moved here from another state this summer. This was not my first choice of apartments; actually, my third. However, it has turned into the best decision. And the staff has been amazing this far. The complex is extremely quiet and non smoking, which I LOVE. The unit is very clean and the walls are thick enough where I hardly ever hear neighbors, unless they're outside. Though, the floors creak something awful, so my downstairs neighbor may not like me much. I love the pet spa, and dog park area. For the most part, about 95% of the residents who own dogs clean up behind them. The 5% who don't are annoying... though the complex does enforce fines if they are caught in the act. The only complaint I have is the lack of parking. I rent a garage for the sole purpose of guaranteeing myself a parking spot. I don't think there's a fix unless they actually tear up the grounds for more parking. Overall, I love living here, and it's been a great transition.

  Nice place with a lot of greens... A little on the costly side. Management is pretty responsive. Look for the units farther from the George bush highway
