Dr. Kwon is warm, attentive, and personable. She is a true professional. She takes her time and you can tell she cares. A kindred spirit!

Her staff are also positive and engaging individuals. Wonderful practice! Highly recommend!

After having a series of terrible primary care physicians, Dr. Kwon appeared, riding a rainbow unicorn and waving her magic wand to make the darkness disappear. I love her! So friendly, thoughtful, PROFESSIONAL, and I truly feel she has my best interests in mind. She listened to me. Reign supreme, unicorn doctor queen!

Dealing with Marketplace/Obamacare insurance plans, I have been pretty much forced to change plans (and PCP's) every year or so, so have been through a lot of PCP's, and really missed by much better PCP I had before Obamacare eliminated the plan.

but with my new plan, amd stumbling on to Dr Kown, just from going down the list trying to find a PCP that's actually still on the plan and such, I was extremely pleasantly suprised.

Her patience and concern for the patient needs are far above what I've come to get used to from PCP's associated with the Marketplace.

I very much hope my plan isn't forced to again change so I can reamain her patient for a long time.

BTW, the office staff is also so much friendlier, professional, and easier to work with than the past offices I dealt with from marketplace plans.

You really feel.like the office exists to serve the patient/customer, as opposed to a feeling that your just a number to them, and any special situations, like an insurance billing question is a huge burden that they are unwilling to even discus, which is how it seems with many other other Marketplace compatible dr offices.

When you are considered an obese individual it’s difficult to find a PCP that will just treat you as a human and not as someone that has “failed”. This care provider not once ever talked about my weight and how I need to lose it. She listened to me and wanted to know my goals, and as she got my feedback she gave me her input. I have never felt so comfortable in any other doctor’s office before in my life. Thank you for having such a great individual that has such a caring heart for what she does.

Dr. Kwon is absolutely the best doctor I have had in my entire life. She has a refreshingly warm and kind spirit. I have never met such a personable and down to earth doctor. Every time that I go to her office she spends such a thorough amount of time listening to my concerns and responding in such a supportive/caring manner. She is excellent at responding promptly to inquiries and keeps the line of communication with her patients open and comfortable. I plan to see her for quite literally the rest of my life. It's only a bonus that the office staff is prompt because honestly, I would wait an hour or more just to see Dr. Kwon.
