  This place has been under new management for several months and it is a great find for the money - quick to resolve maintenance issues. I have never been charged for anything other then agreed upon fees.
  If you are a renter you know that ALL complexes vary from time to time on services and maintenance depending on management and owner.
  Right now it is a 5 star!
  Why anyone would pay more to have granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances I can't say - you are not buying the unit, usually just a year or two stay.

  PAUL IS BACK! Misti was a awesome and always professional with me. I am sad she is no longer here...however, I always pay my rent in the middle of the month and they always accommodate me. Maintenance can be an issue though. Yet when my garbage disposal fell out they came promptly to fix it. I f you read the terms of your lease agreement you will see there aren't hidden fees. HAVE TO READ WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING! Yes they charge for pest control, trash valley, and the tech amenity. Plus water...if you want to rent a house that would be the same without a yard to deal with. Paul is always kind and courteous to me... so see and speak to him if you have an issue. I hope management knows what an asset they have with Paul.I just resigned another year here. They are quaint and quiet. I would of given 5 stars but I do have maintenance issues. I am sure they will get this rectified soon. If you ever have lived in an apartment they always keep your deposit and they always charge you for things after you move. I just wish I got into a apartment that has been updated. They are working on updates. I would recommend living here. Its conveniently located. I like living here.

  I've seen quite a few 1 star reviews and I can't understand why. I've been here since September 2018 and have only one very small complaint that isn't an issue anymore. What I don't understand is many other tenants don't take their trash to the dumpster, instead they leave it outside near the roads. Someone eventually drives around in a beat up truck and picks it up. They then leave piles of trash in front of the dumpster to such a point it is impossible to put my trash in the dumpster, without climbing around their garbage. This is gross, allows animals into garbage, and is a severe environmental/health safety issue. That is why the four star review. If my dog does her business, I bag it up and take it to the dumpster. If it is blocked, then I have to try to throw it in the small opening. Sometimes I make it, sometimes I don't. I do tie the bag off, but stilly nasty.

  The staff is super nice, I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. I've never had a problem since moving here in Summer of 2018. The new guy in the office is also super nice and is willing to hear out your problems and gets them solved. ABSOLUTELY LOVE living here.
