(June 14, 2020, 9:34 am)Really clean modern hotel. Beds were awesome. A little disappointed that there was no breakfast or fitness open (thanks COVID-19) but otherwise a great place to stay.

Shannon, DJ, and another guy I met checking out were all great customer service representatives!! Top notch service and rooms and I will be staying there again, once I come back to the area. Kudos to you guys!!!

(April 7, 2020, 1:14 pm)This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating despite everything that is going on. The one person I’d like to point out specifically is the Assistant General Manager. I don’t remember her name however she made the whole experience seamless. Will definitely will be coming back to stay here again.

(March 14, 2020, 7:23 pm)I don't even know where to start. This hotel is AMAZING!!! We extended our stay, we don't even want to go home. From our initial walk in, the assistant general manager did everything to get us checked in. Then, we met Jesse, I believe he is the general manager. If customer service, professionalism, and just a whole heartedly good person had a tangible example... He'd be it!! He is perfect, his staff is perfect. We have never experienced this in a 5 star hotel. It's astonishing to me that this facility is not considered a 5 star hotel. My husband and I have found our new get away. We brought our 3 and 6 year old. We have been swimming and they are able to watch their own cartoons on their side of the suite. Jesse is even great with our kids. They run to see what he has to say. My husband and I feel welcomed each time we leave and return. This hotel will not disappoint. Please tell Jesse and staff we say, "hi". You might just see us there, if we ever decide to go home.
