  An outstanding box with an outstanding coaching staff. Been with them since the beginning and have had the pleasure of watching them grow. The people and culture is nothing short of welcoming. Doesn't feel clicky which is super cool. Don't let the Crossfit name scare you. these folks are all about longevity and getting you to a good point in your fitness. Be sure to check them out!

  If you’re looking for challenging workouts, personal training, and community, this is the place! The coaches are fantastic and each workout will make you walk away feeling more confident than when you walked in to the box. Each movement is scalable, and the coaches do a great job with that. Classes are small in size, which I love. The people are great and have become family. I highly recommend Crossfit 1310!!

  Amazing workouts, and amazing coaching. This place builds such a sense of community with things like gym contests and free community workouts on Saturdays.

  Workouts are designed to challenge you mentally and physically. You don’t have to be a high level athlete to reap the beneftis. Dwight and the coaches do an excellent job at focusing on proper form and providing scaling options for athletes of all skill levels. In addition to strength and aerobic benefits, you will learn vital mobility movements that will make everyday life easier. Worth a drop in if you are traveling for work or simply to come try it out!

  Simply the best. The best people, the best coaches and the best atmosphere. Workout buddies become friends that turn into family. My goals from the start were to get stronger and lose weight. Dwight and the other coaches have helped me increase my strength, flexibility and stamina and in the process I’ve lost almost 50lbs in under a year. Try it for a month and if you aren’t hooked then try something else till you find what makes you happy. Goal is to just keep moving and get better every day!
