I cannot begin to praise the employees and the owner of Master Mastic, Brian Stilwill, for the integrity of who they are and the work they do. They did all of our patio, pool area, side patio and garage. Brian and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and proficient, as well as having a keen eye for suggestions to prevent damage around the foundation of the pool and patio.

Master Mastic had replaced our mastic in 2010. We needed to have some work done in 2017 and someone had recommended another company to us. That job did not even hold up for 22 months. Due to our dissatisfaction, we called Master Mastic back based on their past workmanship and performance. Brian and his crew pulled out the old mastic and low and behold, discovered why the previous job did not hold up. The former company laid their mastic right over the old 7 year mastic performed by Master Mastic. We were appalled that the other company deceived us.

Master Mastic does not take short-cuts to do the job, just to get it done. They are a company that is humble, honest and take pride in the skillfulness and know-how to complete the job correctly.

Even the office administrator was extremely proficient in executing communication with us, the client. We knew exactly what our responsibility was prior to the crew coming on-site to do the job, additionally, providing the framework of what the job would entail. The job was performed on the exact date and time, as outlined to us. Master Mastic never floundered on us! They are a top notch company, who take PRIDE! This is why we gave them 5 Stars.

Master mastic did a great job Mastic sealing around the pool and extended patio. They dug out all the old mastic, poured in the new and covered it with sand. Fast and neat. They do not offer a “come back and clean up the sand” option after the 2 day waiting period but my leaf blower made quick work of the job.

I had Master Mastic come out to redo the mastic around our pool, spa and along the line where our patio meets our house. They were a referral from our pool cleaning company and came very highly recommended.

I was very impressed with how professional the crew was and am very happy with the results. The mastic was done quickly, it looks great and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved.
