Quick and quality work! Good ppl here didn’t shame me for buying an aftermarket bumper and instead gave me pointers on the install before I left. Sly was great and friendly and it was definitely worth the 40min drive!

Amazing experience; great people to work with! I never knew they would also clean and shine the car after the work was done and I did not even get a lot of work done. This place is awesome. Car was dropped off, estimate sent to insurance and repaired in a week. Friendly, upfront and honest about everything. Lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle....unheard of. HIGHLY recommend for car needs. Need to get the rest of my van to match the amazing job.

I went to 4 different places before I came across J and B. I had some custom work done on my interior pieces for my car and I am more than satisfied. I went there to get a quote to fix my vehicle and Fly walked by as he was helping another customer but still greeted me and told me he'll be "right with me". I waited a few minutes and then he asked me to follow him and we went inside the office. I discovered he was the one I spoke with on the phone.

We then went to look a the vehicle and he gave me the full download of what the process is as well as my options. He was very thorough and even answered my questions.

One of my queries was whether I can keep the vehicle even if it was totalled and he explained the scenarios that would be involved in this decision. He was straight forward with me and my questions were direct.

I made an appointment to bring my vehicle back so I'll write an update for that experience but as for the initial contact, great customer service and friendly as well.
